About Christos

I build complex systems — and make them simpler.

I’ve spent more than 18 years building software across mobile, backend systems, APIs, distributed architectures, cloud platforms, data infrastructure and, increasingly, AI-enabled products.

What has stayed constant is the kind of problem I enjoy: taking something complicated — technically or organizationally — understanding what really matters, and turning it into a system that people can actually build on.

Today, I work across data platforms, APIs and AI systems. At Dialectica, I build infrastructure that turns large volumes of data into product-facing capabilities, including high-throughput pipelines, retrieval systems, MCP servers and agentic workflows.

Before that, at Vodafone Greece, I designed and helped build platforms used across large engineering organizations and products serving millions of customers. I led the architecture of C.E.L.L., a Kubernetes-based developer platform that automated application onboarding and infrastructure lifecycle management, and earlier helped build DXL, Vodafone Greece’s API and microservices platform.

But architecture, to me, isn’t about drawing boxes.

I like building.

I still write code, debug production systems, prototype ideas and work through the details with engineers. The most interesting technical decisions usually live somewhere between architecture, product, people and implementation.

What I care about

I care about reducing accidental complexity.

About platforms that enable engineers instead of getting in their way.

About abstractions that earn their existence.

About shipping systems that survive contact with production.

And increasingly, I’m interested in what software looks like when AI becomes part of the architecture itself — when users express intent, agents can use tools, and applications become less about navigating interfaces and more about getting things done.

I’ve worked on everything from consumer mobile applications to systems processing billions of records. Some of that work is collected here.

And I’m still building.
