The applications for the Passenger and the Driver were two distinct applications that were making advanced usage of CoreLocation, streaming, and asynchronous networking.
To pinpoint your location the application was able to triangulate the position of the user using three distinct services at the same time. It was also displaying animations on top of the map that showed the movements of the nearby taxis. The user interface was fluid even when using an iPhone 3GS.
