Architecture is not the diagram. It is the story of how a team moves from idea to production — and how fast that story goes.
01
Find where the time actually goes. Spend time with the people involved: the biggest gains usually hide in the handovers and manual steps between them, not in the code.
02
Don't add. Remove. The best problem is the one you don't have to solve, and the best solution is the one that needs no explaining.
03
Retire the rules that no longer earn their keep, then automate what remains. Turn tedious work into software, so people's time goes to what matters.
04
Measure outcomes, not output. If it's not in production and being used, it's a hobby project.
Public engagements
Conferences, meetups and writing about platform engineering, Kubernetes and the future of software delivery.
About
Software is not about coding. It's about thought process and decision-making. I connect needs with solutions.

More about meCurrent focus
I'm exploring how software changes when users express intent instead of navigating workflows — and when agents, retrieval and tools become part of the application architecture.
